This registration process is critical to the overall use of all the sites in the GoingCentral™ network, so please fill in all fields with accurate data to prevent problems and so we may better serve you in the future. During this process, we have "generated" a unique Network Membership ID for you. It is the long string of characters in the top row. This is your network identifier that is transmitted to service sites during login. Generally, you will not need to know this accept if you want to recover your password or initiate a manual login at some sites. In general, this is something we use behind the scenes for security purposes and to allow remote login to services, but it is a handy tool and secure id for your use in looking up records and discussing problems with us. Do not share this ID with anyone.

You understand that if you would like anything adjusted in our operating practices, you may submit your fully qualified comments and suggestions to us in writing for review at anytime without fear of change or repercussions related to your personal membership services. You understand that TrafficCentral and it's directors want to hear your ideas and comments, and also understand that we may use any ideas or comments as our own without any form of acknowlegement or compensation to you. These concepts and conditions are more formally guided by the fully detailed Terms and Conditions previously mentioned. Please review them in detail. The use of headings, text style, fonts, and other visual guides, is for convenience only and will not be construed to develop the actual basis of any agreements between us. REFUND POLICY

You have 10 business days to request a full refund in the event you are not happy with our services or not comfortable accepting the Terms and Conditions at this time and require more time to review them. You may also request and obtain a prorated refund of your subscription or payment amount for services or products within the first 30 days of use of our services. In some cases, payment processor fees may not be refundable.
