5-Herb Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp Thyme chopped
- 1 tbsp Oregano dried
- 1 tbsp Chives chopped
- 1 sprig Sage
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- Salt + Pepper
- 1½ lb Baby Yellow Potatoes quartered
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉ with baking sheet to warm up.
- In a small bowl, combine all herbs and seasonings.
- In a medium saucepan, heat oil and sage for 5-8 minutes then remove to cool.
- Once cooled, in a large bowl, mix together potatoes, oil, seasonings, and mix well.
- Spread potatoes evenly on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Halfway through, mix potatoes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Enjoy!
