5-Herb Roasted Potatoes

5-Herb Roasted Potatoes

Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp Thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oregano dried
  • 1 tbsp Chives chopped
  • 1 sprig Sage
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • Salt + Pepper
  • lb Baby Yellow Potatoes quartered

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉ with baking sheet to warm up.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all herbs and seasonings.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat oil and sage for 5-8 minutes then remove to cool.
  4. Once cooled, in a large bowl, mix together potatoes, oil, seasonings, and mix well.
  5. Spread potatoes evenly on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Halfway through, mix potatoes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  6. Enjoy!
