Alfredo w/ Blackened Salmon & Asparagus
Ingredients
- ½ package Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 bunch Asparagus cut into very small pieces without tops
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1½ cups Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic chopped
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 2 filets Pre-Seasoned Blackened Salmon
Instructions
Pasta
- Fill a large pot 3/4 full with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the angel hair. Let boil for about 5 minutes or until al dente. Then drain and stir in the Alfredo sauce and serve.
Asparagus
Alfredo Sauce
- While the angel hair is boiling, add the cream, cream cheese, milk, garlic, & pepper. Cook over medium low heat and melt the cream cheese. When it’s smooth, whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth. Keep cooking until it thickens and season with salt and pepper.
