Best to use a mixer.Slowly add in almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined. Lightly grease a cookie sheet or use parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop or 1 tablespoon of cookie dough, form cookie dough balls and place on sheet. Use a fork to slightly flatten balls and creat an “X” pattern on top of cookie dough.
