Almond Flour Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Monkfruit Sweetener or sugar
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter natural + creamy
- ½ Cup Butter unsalted, softened
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together peanut butter, butter, Monkfruit sweetener, vanilla, and egg. Best to use a mixer.
- Slowly add in almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Lightly grease a cookie sheet or use parchment paper.
- Using a cookie scoop or 1 tablespoon of cookie dough, form cookie dough balls and place on sheet.
- Use a fork to slightly flatten balls and creat an “X” pattern on top of cookie dough.
- Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes and remove.
- Allow cookies to cool in order for them to set and enjoy!
