Apple Walnut Caesar Salad Print Recipe Pin Recipe Prep Time 15 minutes minsCook Time 10 minutes minsTotal Time 25 minutes mins Course Appetizer, Dinner, Salad Ingredients Dressing2 cloves Garlic minced1 tsp Anchovy Paste2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice1 tsp Dijon Mustard1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 cup Mayonnaise½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano grated¼ tsp Salt¼ tsp Black PepperSalad1 ½ cups Walnut Halves raw8 cups Romaine Lettuce2 small Apples cut into chunksParmigiano-Reggiano shaved Instructions SaladPreheat the oven to 350°F and add the walnuts to a baking sheet. Toast them for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned and fragrant. Let them cool while you prepare the rest of the salad.In a large serving bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce followed by the apple chunks. When the walnuts have cooled, add them as well.DressingIn a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
