Cinnamon Roll Cookies

Cinnamon Roll Cookies

Ingredients
  

Cookies

  • 1 Can of Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • Cup Butter melted
  • Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Tbsp Cinnamon
  • Flour for Dusting

Icing

  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Roll out pie crust on clean flat surface.
  • Brush crust with melted butter followed with sprinkling of cinnamon sugar mix.
  • Starting at one end, roll up crust.
  • Slice rolled crust into ½ inch slices.
  • On a well-floured surface, roll each pinwheel flat with a rolling pin. If a tail starts sticking out, fold tail over and continue to roll flat.
  • Place cookies on baking sheet to bake for 8-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
  • To make icing, stir together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp milk. If thinner consistency is desired, add another tbsp of milk.
  • Pour icing over cookies and serve.
  • Enjoy!
