Energy Granola Bites

Peanut Butter Snack Bites

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Refrigerate 5 hours
Total Time 5 hours

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Raw Almond Halves
  • ¼ cup Honey

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together.
  • Pack mixed ingredients tightly at the bottom of bowl.
  • Cover bowl and place inside refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  • Remove from refrigerator.
  • Use an ice cream scooper or spoon to form 2in balls and place on parchment paper.
  • Store in refrigerator or eat and enjoy!
