Ginger Soy Shrimp & Broccoli Print Recipe Pin Recipe Prep Time 45 minutes minsCook Time 12 minutes minsTotal Time 57 minutes mins Course Appetizer, Dinner, Main Course Ingredients ½ cup Honey¼ cup Soy Sauce1 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger2 tbsp Minced Garlic¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes1 tsp Cornstarch1 lb. Large Shrimp peeled deveined and tails removed if desired2 tbsp Butter unsalted2 cups Broccoli frozen petite florets 1 tsp Olive OilSalt & pepper to taste Instructions In a small bowl add the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, red pepper, and mix until combined.Place the peeled and deveined shrimp into a bowl and add 1/3 of the sauce. Toss and marinate for 30 minutes.Whisk in the cornstarch to the reserved marinade and set aside.Heat a skillet or wok on high heat, add olive oil and broccoli, salt and pepper and cook 5-6 minutes just until soft. Remove from pan and set aside.Add the butter to the skillet and add shrimp discarding any marinade.
