Lobster Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 7 oz Lobster Claws cooked
- 1 Canned Crescent Rolls
- ¼ Cup White Wine
- 2 tbsp Butter unsalted, melted
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1½ tsp Salt
- Green Onions chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to required temperature per directions on canned crescents rolls.
- In a large bowl combine lobster, white wine, salt, pepper, butter, and mix well.
- On a large baking sheet, unravel crescent roll dough and separate on scored lines. Place lobster claw on wide end of each laid out piece. Roll each crescent from wide end to small end. Be sure to spread roll-ups evenly on baking sheet.
- Using a brush, spread leftover wine/butter mix over crescents and place in oven.
- Follow the cooking time directions from packaging, checking regularly.
- Once golden brown, remove from oven, brush solely with melted butter, and garnish with green onion.
