In a large bowl combine lobster, white wine, salt, pepper, butter, and mix well.On a large baking sheet, unravel crescent roll dough and separate on scored lines. Place lobster claw on wide end of each laid out piece. Roll each crescent from wide end to small end. Be sure to spread roll-ups evenly on baking sheet.
