Chicken Tenderloins1 Yellow Bell Pepper 1/4 inch slices1 Red Bell Pepper 1/4 inch slices1 Orange Bell Pepper 1/4 inch slices1 small Red Onion 1/4 inch slices1½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp Kosher SaltBlack Pepper2 tsp Chili Powder½ tsp Garlic Powder½ tsp Onion Powder½ tsp Ground Cumin½ tsp Smoked PaprikaLimeFresh Cilantro for garnishTortillas Warmed Instructions Preheat oven to 425℉.In a large bowl, combine onion, bell pepper, chicken tenders, olive oil, salt and pepper and spices.Toss to combine.Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.Spread chicken, bell peppers and onions on baking sheet.Cook for about 20 minutes, then turn oven to broil and cook for additional 1-2 minutes just letting the veggies pick up some color.
