Using a slotted spoon, remove eggs and place inside a bowl of cold water. After 5 minutes, begin to peel the shell of the eggs by cracking the egg lightly and removing shell. Rinse each finished egg under water for 3 seconds. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add in shrimp and cook for 1 minute. Flip shrimp, add in Old Bay, and cook for 1 minute until pink then remove from heat. Using a sharp knife, cut each egg in half the long way. Use a spoon to carve out yolk into small bowl. Pour in Miracle Whip, mustard, relish, salt, pepper, garlic, and accent into the bowl. First use a spoon to mix together for 1 minute. Then use a hand mixer starting on low and working towards high to blend mix to a smooth and fluffy texture. Once desired texture has been reached, season to taste if need be and mix with spoon. Use a pipet bag or make your own by cutting a ¼ inch of the lower corner of a sandwich bag with scissors. Spoon in mix and squeeze towards open corner. Squeeze desired amount evenly into egg halves and place 1 piece of shrimp over each deviled egg. Sprinkle paprika and Old Bay for garnish.Enjoy!
