Ingredients

• 2 Eggs
• 1 ⅔ cup Flour
• ¾ cup Unsalted Butter room temperature
• ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 ¾ tsp Vanilla
• 1 ¼ tsp Cornstarch
• ¾ tsp Baking Soda
• ½ tsp Salt
• 8 oz Chocolate Chips
• 1.5 oz Sugar

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350℉.
• In large mixing bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, and vanilla using a mixer. Mix together on medium speed until pale and fluffy for about 1-2 minutes. Add eggs individually and continue to mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.
• Add in flour, corn starch, baking soda, salt, and mix together on medium speed. Mix until combined.
• Pour in chocolate chips and mix for 2 minutes.
• Spray cast-iron-skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
• Pour cookie mix into cast-iron-skillet and use rubber spatula to level evenly.
• Bake for 22-25 minutes.
• Remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
• Enjoy!
