Summer in a Salad
Ingredients
- Baby Kale
- 1/4 Sweet Onion
- 1 Peach
- 1 Red Apple Red Delicious
- 6 Trio Cherry Tomatoes 2 of each kind
- Cilantro Peach Dressing
Instructions
- Slice your apples and peaches, approximately 1/4 inch slices.
- Roughly dice your sweet onion.
- Cut each cherry tomato into 4.
- Layer your salad in the following order: Kale, Fruit, Onion, more Kale.
- Once you finish your final kale layer, make a nice design with the leftover fruit and onion.
- Drizzle your dressing and enjoy!
