Whiskey Lover Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Whiskey
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Mint Leaves
Rim
- Lemon Wedge
- Sugar
Instructions
- Add mint and simple syrup together in bowl or cup. Use a muddler to crush mint into simple syrup.
- Once simple syrup is fragrant with mint, use a strainer to pour simple syrup into cocktail shaker.
- Add whiskey to cocktail shaker with simple syrup.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Rub lemon wedge around rim of cocktail glass, then twist rim of glass in sugar.
- Place ice to cocktail glass and pour in cocktail.
