Mix together on medium speed until pale and fluffy for about 1-2 minutes. Add eggs individually and continue to mix on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add in flour, corn starch, baking soda, salt, and mix together on medium speed. Mix until combined. Pour in chocolate chips and mix for 2 minutes. Spray cast-iron-skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
