Preheat oven to 350℉.
In large mixing bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, and vanilla using a mixer. Mix together on medium speed until pale and fluffy for about 1-2 minutes. Add eggs individually and continue to mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add in flour, corn starch, baking soda, salt, and mix together on medium speed. Mix until combined.
Pour in chocolate chips and mix for 2 minutes.
Spray cast-iron-skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour cookie mix into cast-iron-skillet and use rubber spatula to level evenly.
Bake for 22-25 minutes.
Remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
