DIY Wing Stop Lemon Pepper Wings (Air Fried)
Ingredients
- 2½ lbs Chicken Wings
- 8 tbsp Butter unsalted, melted
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Juice from ½ Lemon
Instructions
- Wash and pat chicken dry with paper towels individually.
- Place into a large mixing bowl with corn starch, 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning, smoked paprika, and 1 tsp salt. Mix ingredients by hand to evenly coat chicken.
- Preheat air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 390°F. Spray some olive oil (or coconut oil) cooking spray along the inside of the basket.
- Place wing inside and spray the top of the wings with oil cooking spray. Air fry at 390°F for 8 minutes. Flip wings and cook for another 10 minutes.
- While chicken is cooking, melt butter in a large mixing bowl. Add in lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt once butter is melted. Mix well with a spoon.
- Add in cooked chicken and begin to toss.
