DIY Wing Stop Lemon Pepper Wings (Air Fried)

Ingredients
  

  • lbs Chicken Wings
  • 8 tbsp Butter unsalted, melted
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Juice from ½ Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pat chicken dry with paper towels individually.
  • Place into a large mixing bowl with corn starch, 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning, smoked paprika, and 1 tsp salt. Mix ingredients by hand to evenly coat chicken.
  • Preheat air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 390°F. Spray some olive oil (or coconut oil) cooking spray along the inside of the basket.
  • Place wing inside and spray the top of the wings with oil cooking spray. Air fry at 390°F for 8 minutes. Flip wings and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • While chicken is cooking, melt butter in a large mixing bowl. Add in lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt once butter is melted. Mix well with a spoon.
  • Add in cooked chicken and begin to toss.
  • Enjoy!
