Air Fried Shrimp Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Shrimp peeled + tail-off
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- ½ tbsp Old Bay
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Green Onions chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cut shrimp into smaller pieces.
- Add shrimp to a large mixing bowl with mayonnaise, hot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay, smoked paprika, bread crumbs, and egg.
- Mix together thoroughly making sure mix is evenly combined.
- Line air fryer with parchment paper.
- Use hands to form 3 inch balls with mix.
- Place shrimp cakes in air fryer and press down evenly to flatten ball and spread mix.
- Spray cooking oil of choice over shrimp cakes.
- Air Fry for 10 minutes at 375°F, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes and remove.
- Sprinkle green onions over finished shrimp cakes.
- Enjoy!
