Air Fried Shrimp Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Shrimp peeled + tail-off
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 tbsp Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Old Bay
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Green Onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cut shrimp into smaller pieces.
  2. Add shrimp to a large mixing bowl with mayonnaise, hot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay, smoked paprika, bread crumbs, and egg.
  3. Mix together thoroughly making sure mix is evenly combined.
  4. Line air fryer with parchment paper.
  5. Use hands to form 3 inch balls with mix.
  6. Place shrimp cakes in air fryer and press down evenly to flatten ball and spread mix.
  7. Spray cooking oil of choice over shrimp cakes.
  8. Air Fry for 10 minutes at 375°F, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes and remove.
  9. Sprinkle green onions over finished shrimp cakes.
  10. Enjoy!
