Blackened Cod Burger
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Brioche Buns
- 4 Cod Fillets
- Tomato
- Big Leaf Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Cajun Seasoning
- Avocado Oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry fish with paper towels.
- Combine and mix all seasonings in a small bowl.
- Coat fish with oil by rubbing completly.
- Season fish by coating with season mix completly on all sides.
- Preheat grill to 350°F.
- Pour a little oil onto grill and use brush to sread.
- Place fish on grill to cook for 3 minutes. Flip fish and cook for another 3 minutes.
- While fish is cooking, mix together mayonnaise and cajun seasoning to desire in a small bowl.
- Spread cajun mayo on both ends of brioche buns.
- Place cod burgers on bun followed by lettuce and 1-3 slices of tomatoes.
- Enjoy!
