Blackened Cod Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Brioche Buns
  • 4 Cod Fillets
  • Tomato
  • Big Leaf Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Avocado Oil

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry fish with paper towels.
  2. Combine and mix all seasonings in a small bowl.
  3. Coat fish with oil by rubbing completly.
  4. Season fish by coating with season mix completly on all sides.
  5. Preheat grill to 350°F.
  6. Pour a little oil onto grill and use brush to sread.
  7. Place fish on grill to cook for 3 minutes. Flip fish and cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. While fish is cooking, mix together mayonnaise and cajun seasoning to desire in a small bowl.
  9. Spread cajun mayo on both ends of brioche buns.
  10. Place cod burgers on bun followed by lettuce and 1-3 slices of tomatoes.
  11. Enjoy!
