Wash and dry fish with paper towels.
Combine and mix all seasonings in a small bowl.
Coat fish with oil by rubbing completly.
Season fish by coating with season mix completly on all sides.
Preheat grill to 350°F.
Pour a little oil onto grill and use brush to sread.
Place fish on grill to cook for 3 minutes. Flip fish and cook for another 3 minutes.
While fish is cooking, mix together mayonnaise and cajun seasoning to desire in a small bowl.
Spread cajun mayo on both ends of brioche buns.
Place cod burgers on bun followed by lettuce and 1-3 slices of tomatoes.
