Pour all-purpose flour in last.Take two fingers and press an indent in top of flour to create pocket. Pour packet of yeast into pocket.Use a spoon to lightly mix ingredients prior to turning on bread maker. Set bread maker to medium crust and bake on "white bread" setting.Keep an eye on bread– sprinkle in oats when dough has finished rising but before it has started baking.Sit back and relax while the bread maker does its thing!Once finished, remove from bread maker and let cool on wire drying rack for 10-15 minutes.Enjoy!
