Broccoli & Snow Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Vegetable Stock
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 Bunch Broccoli florets only
- 1 Cup Snow Peas trimmed
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Salt + Pepper
- ½-1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- In a pot with a tigh-fitting lid, add in the stock and garlic; bring to a boil.
- Add in the broccoli and then bring the pot back up to a boil. Cover the pot with the lids and drop the heat to medium-high.
- Steam for 4 minutes.
- Add in the snow peas for 30 seconds.
- Transfer the entire contents of the pot to a serving dish and top with the soy sauce (to taste).
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Top with the sesame seeds and enjoy!
