Broccoli & Snow Pea Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Vegetable Stock
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 Bunch Broccoli florets only
  • 1 Cup Snow Peas trimmed
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Salt + Pepper
  • ½-1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Method
 

  1. In a pot with a tigh-fitting lid, add in the stock and garlic; bring to a boil.
  2. Add in the broccoli and then bring the pot back up to a boil. Cover the pot with the lids and drop the heat to medium-high.
  3. Steam for 4 minutes.
  4. Add in the snow peas for 30 seconds.
  5. Transfer the entire contents of the pot to a serving dish and top with the soy sauce (to taste).
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  7. Top with the sesame seeds and enjoy!
