Chai Blondie
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Butter melted
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ Tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ Tsp Pepper
- ½ Tsp Baking Powder
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together melted butter, vegetable oil, and brown sugar on high speed.
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate large bowl, combine flour, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pepper, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet mix and combine. Place batter into baking pan and smooth out.
- Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar mix and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
