Chai Blondie

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
  • ¼ Tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ Tsp Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together melted butter, vegetable oil, and brown sugar on high speed.
  3. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate large bowl, combine flour, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pepper, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Mix dry ingredients into wet mix and combine. Place batter into baking pan and smooth out.
  6. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar mix and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  8. Enjoy!
