Chai Blondie

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
  • ¼ Tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ Tsp Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together melted butter, vegetable oil, and brown sugar on high speed.
  • Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate large bowl, combine flour, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pepper, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix dry ingredients into wet mix and combine. Place batter into baking pan and smooth out.
  • Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar mix and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  • Enjoy!
