Coat chicken in flour mix then submerge in egg wash. Coat well with egg wash and transfer back to flour mix for 2nd coat. Place coated chicken in oil to fry. Cook chicken for 7-8 minutes and flip chicken if needed. When chicken is golden, remove from oil and drain.WafflesPreheat waffle iron to desire.In large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. In separate mixing bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk. Spray nonstick cooking spray in waffle iron. Pour 2/3 cups of mix into waffle iron to cook. When waffle is finished cooking remove from waffle iron and set aside.
