Method
Chicken
- Dice chicken.
- Heat oil to fry to 360℉.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
- In another small bowl, whish together eggs and milk.
- Coat chicken in flour mix then submerge in egg wash. Coat well with egg wash and transfer back to flour mix for 2nd coat.
- Place coated chicken in oil to fry. Cook chicken for 7-8 minutes and flip chicken if needed. When chicken is golden, remove from oil and drain.
Waffles
- Preheat waffle iron to desire.
- In large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
- In separate mixing bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk.
- Spray nonstick cooking spray in waffle iron.
- Pour 2/3 cups of mix into waffle iron to cook.
- When waffle is finished cooking remove from waffle iron and set aside.
On a stick
- Cut waffle into eighths.
- Using a toothpick or skewer cut in half, in order place waffle, chicken, then waffle in stick.
- Pour desired amount of syrup in bowl for dipping.
- Dunk and enjoy!
