Crispy Lobster Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- ½ stick Butter
- 1 lb Lobster chopped
- 1 cup Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
- ½ cup Onion finely chopped
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 1½ tsp Lemon Juice
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp Garlic
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together lobster meat and dry ingredients.
- Stir in wet ingredients and mix well.
- Use hands to form palm sized patties out of mix.
- Using a medium sized skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add in lobster cakes and pan fry each side for 2 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy!
