Crispy Lobster Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ stick Butter
  • 1 lb Lobster chopped
  • 1 cup Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Almond Milk
  • tsp Lemon Juice
  • tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix together lobster meat and dry ingredients.
  2. Stir in wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Use hands to form palm sized patties out of mix.
  4. Using a medium sized skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add in lobster cakes and pan fry each side for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove and enjoy!
