Garlic Ginger Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Tsp Ginger minced
- 1 Tbsp Green Onions cut
- 4 Oz Udon Noodles
- Salt + Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles to al dente according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, combine all other ingredients and heat to medium heat when noodles have a couple minutes left. Bring sauce to a gentle bubble.
- Drain noodles and add to skillet to toss in the sauce.
- Top with sesame seeds or more green onions if desired.
- Enjoy!
