Garlic Ginger Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tsp Ginger minced
  • 1 Tbsp Green Onions cut
  • 4 Oz Udon Noodles
  • Salt + Pepper to Taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles to al dente according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, combine all other ingredients and heat to medium heat when noodles have a couple minutes left. Bring sauce to a gentle bubble.
  3. Drain noodles and add to skillet to toss in the sauce.
  4. Top with sesame seeds or more green onions if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
