Garlic Gnocchi Skillet Print Recipe Pin Recipe Prep Time 10 minutes minsCook Time 20 minutes minsTotal Time 30 minutes mins Course Dinner, Main Course Ingredients 1 Lbs Potato Gnocchi1½ Lbs Chicken Thighs (4-6) boneless + skinless5 Tbsp Butter2 Tbsp Garlic minced1½ Tsp Paprika1 Tsp Italian Seasoning 1 Medium Yellow Onion diced1 Cup White Mushrooms diced1 Cup Chicken Broth½ Cup Half & Half½ Cup Mozzarella shredded3 Cups Spinach Red Pepper Flakes for garnishShredded Parmesan for garnishParsley for garnishSalt + Pepper Instructions Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter and add the chicken thighs to the skillet to cook for 5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer the chicken thighs to a plate and set aside.Melt the last 3 tbsp of butter and add in garlic, Italian seasoning, then add in the onion and mushroom. Sauté until onion is translucent and mushrooms are tender for about 3-4 minutes. Whisk in the chicken broth and whisk for about 1 minute until hot. Then gradually pour in half & half, whisking continually as you pour it in.
