Hawaiian Lobster Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 Lobster Tail cooked
- 4 Hawaiian Rolls
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix together lobster meat, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
- Bake Hawaiian rolls for 10-15 minutes to toast and remove.
- Cut Hawaiian roll on the top center like a hot dog bun.
- Spread mayonnaise on inside of roll.
- Stuff roll with lobster mix and enjoy!
