Hawaiian Lobster Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lobster Tail cooked
  • 4 Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix together lobster meat, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  • Bake Hawaiian rolls for 10-15 minutes to toast and remove.
  • Cut Hawaiian roll on the top center like a hot dog bun.
  • Spread mayonnaise on inside of roll.
  • Stuff roll with lobster mix and enjoy!
