Hoisin Chicken & Noodles Print Recipe Pin Recipe Prep Time 15 minutes minsCook Time 10 minutes minsTotal Time 25 minutes mins Course Dinner, Main Course Ingredients 200 g Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles6 tbsp Hoisin Sauce1 tsp Sesame Oil1 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce¼ cup Water1 tbsp Rice VinegarSalt and Pepper¾ lb Chicken Tenderloins sliced into thin strips3 cloves Garlic minced1 tbsp Fresh Ginger grated¾ cup Red Sweet Pepper sliced into thin strips¾ cup Zucchini sliced into thin strips½ cup Carrots sliced into thin strips½ cup Napa Cabbage shreddedGreen Onions slicedCooking Oil Spray we used avocado oil Instructions Cook the stir-fry noodles according to package instructions and set aside.In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauces, rice vinegar, water, and set asideHeat a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat, spray with cooking oil spray add in sliced chicken with a little pinch of salt and pepper, garlic and ginger. Cook until lightly browned, remove, and set aside.Add the vegetables and stir fry for a couple of minutes.Add back in the chicken, noodles, and sauce while continuing to stir fry everything together for a 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated in the sauce. Sprinkle with the sliced green onions and serve.Enjoy!
