Hoisin Chicken & Noodles
Ingredients
- 200 g Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles
- 6 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- ¾ lb Chicken Tenderloins sliced into thin strips
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger grated
- ¾ cup Red Sweet Pepper sliced into thin strips
- ¾ cup Zucchini sliced into thin strips
- ½ cup Carrots sliced into thin strips
- ½ cup Napa Cabbage shredded
- Green Onions sliced
- Cooking Oil Spray we used avocado oil
Instructions
- Cook the stir-fry noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauces, rice vinegar, water, and set aside
- Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat, spray with cooking oil spray add in sliced chicken with a little pinch of salt and pepper, garlic and ginger. Cook until lightly browned, remove, and set aside.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add back in the chicken, noodles, and sauce while continuing to stir fry everything together for a 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with the sliced green onions and serve.
