Homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Ingredients
- 3-4 Flour Tortillas
- ⅛ Cup Coconut Oil melted
- 2 Tbsp Sugar or Alternative we used Monkfruit Sweetener
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Cut tortillas into small squares. If you cut in a stack, peel the squares apart. They tend to stick together.
- Add squares to bowl and pour melted coconut oil over. Toss in sugar and cinnamon. Make sure each piece is coated well.
- Spread squares out on a large baking sheet making a single layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- Enjoy!
