Homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Flour Tortillas
  • Cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar or Alternative we used Monkfruit Sweetener
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Cut tortillas into small squares. If you cut in a stack, peel the squares apart. They tend to stick together.
  • Add squares to bowl and pour melted coconut oil over. Toss in sugar and cinnamon. Make sure each piece is coated well.
  • Spread squares out on a large baking sheet making a single layer.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  • Enjoy!
