Homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Flour Tortillas
  • Cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar or Alternative we used Monkfruit Sweetener
  • Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Cut tortillas into small squares. If you cut in a stack, peel the squares apart. They tend to stick together.
  3. Add squares to bowl and pour melted coconut oil over. Toss in sugar and cinnamon. Make sure each piece is coated well.
  4. Spread squares out on a large baking sheet making a single layer.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  6. Enjoy!
