Homemade Pumpkin Pancakes

Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin canned
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt kosher
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 dash Ground Cloves
  • 1 dash Ground Allspice
  • 1 dash Vanilla Extract
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients except for sugar and pumpkin.
  • In a separate large bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients including sugar and pumpkin.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  • Preheat griddle or pan to medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of mix onto griddle or pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until desire and flip. Cook for another 4-6 minutes to desire and remove.
  • Garnish pancakes with pumpkin pie spice.
  • Add butter and syrup if desired and enjoy!
