Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin canned
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt kosher
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1 dash Ground Cloves
- 1 dash Ground Allspice
- 1 dash Vanilla Extract
- Pumpkin Pie Spice for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients except for sugar and pumpkin.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients including sugar and pumpkin.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry bowl and whisk together until smooth.
- Preheat griddle or pan to medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of mix onto griddle or pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until desire and flip. Cook for another 4-6 minutes to desire and remove.
- Garnish pancakes with pumpkin pie spice.
- Add butter and syrup if desired and enjoy!
