Lobster Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs Red Potatoes mini
- 7 oz Lobster Claws cooked
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 6 tbsp Butter salted
- 2 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 3 tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter salted
- 1½ tsp Garlic Powder
- Green Onions chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Place in potatoes to cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Strain potatoes in sink and bring emptied pot to medium-low heat.
- Place 6 tbsp of butter in pot to melt and add in minced garlic to cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add in potatoes and mash until desired consistency.
- Pour in almond milk, heavy cream, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and mix until blended well.
- Cut lobster claws into bits and add into pot, along with ½ tbsp of butter.
- Season with more to taste.
- Plate lobster garlic mashed potatoes and top with green onions and a quarter of 1 tbsp of butter.
