Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Place in potatoes to cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Strain potatoes in sink and bring emptied pot to medium-low heat.
Place 6 tbsp of butter in pot to melt and add in minced garlic to cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add in potatoes and mash until desired consistency.
Pour in almond milk, heavy cream, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and mix until blended well.
Cut lobster claws into bits and add into pot, along with ½ tbsp of butter.
Season with more to taste.
Plate lobster garlic mashed potatoes and top with green onions and a quarter of 1 tbsp of butter.
