Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Ingredients
- 1¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar packed
- 2 tbsp Almond Milk
- 1½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 15-20 Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and set aside.
- In another large bowl, use an electric mixer to mix butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in egg, vanilla extract and milk for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add in dry ingredients bowl into wet ingredients bowl and mix until evenly blended.
- Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to place 2 inch cookie dough balls into greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
- Immediately press peanut butter cups into the middle of each cookie. Allow to cool for 5-7 minutes.
