Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and set aside.
In another large bowl, use an electric mixer to mix butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg, vanilla extract and milk for 2 minutes.
Gradually add in dry ingredients bowl into wet ingredients bowl and mix until evenly blended.
Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to place 2 inch cookie dough balls into greased muffin tin.
Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
Immediately press peanut butter cups into the middle of each cookie. Allow to cool for 5-7 minutes.
