Pie Crust Chips
Ingredients
- 1 Batch Pie Crust Dough refrigerated pillsbury type
- 2 Tbsp Milk we used almond milk
- Cinnamon + Sugar Mix
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425℉.
- On a flat-floured surface, roll out pie crust dough. If need be, roll dough to ⅛-¼ inch thickness. Cut out circles or any shape using a cookie cutter or the rim of a bowl.
- Brush each chip with milk and dust with cinnamon sugar mix. Place on a baking sheet to bake for 10 minutes.
- While chips are baking, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Remove chips from oven and serve with dip.
- Enjoy!
