Pie Crust Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Batch Pie Crust Dough refrigerated pillsbury type
  • 2 Tbsp Milk we used almond milk
  • Cinnamon + Sugar Mix
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉.
  2. On a flat-floured surface, roll out pie crust dough. If need be, roll dough to ⅛-¼ inch thickness. Cut out circles or any shape using a cookie cutter or the rim of a bowl.
  3. Brush each chip with milk and dust with cinnamon sugar mix. Place on a baking sheet to bake for 10 minutes.
  4. While chips are baking, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Remove chips from oven and serve with dip.
  6. Enjoy!
