Salmon Minis
Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil
Salmon Bites
- 3 Salmon Fillets
Wet Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 3 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 2 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
Dry Mix
- Cajun Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Flour
Buns
- Hawaiian Rolls
- Butter
- Honey
Instructions
Salmon
- Preheat frying oil to 375℉
- Filet salmon into squares.
- Rub salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- In medium sized bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk together.
- In medium sized bowl, add dry ingredients and whisk together.
- Dip and coat single filet in wet mix, then transfer to dry mix bowl and coat thoroughly.
- Place coated filet in hot oil to fry.
- Fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and remove to drain.
- Place filet inside honey bun.
Honey Butter Buns
- Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add honey to pan and place open buns into pan.
- Cook for 2 minutes and flip. Pour more honey if desired.
- Remove from pan and plate.
