Ingredients
  

  • Vegetable Oil

Salmon Bites

  • 3 Salmon Fillets

Wet Mix

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

Dry Mix

  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Flour

Buns

  • Hawaiian Rolls
  • Butter
  • Honey

Instructions
 

Salmon

  • Preheat frying oil to 375℉
  • Filet salmon into squares.
  • Rub salmon with Cajun seasoning.
  • In medium sized bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk together.
  • In medium sized bowl, add dry ingredients and whisk together.
  • Dip and coat single filet in wet mix, then transfer to dry mix bowl and coat thoroughly.
  • Place coated filet in hot oil to fry.
  • Fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and remove to drain.
  • Place filet inside honey bun.

Honey Butter Buns

  • Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Add honey to pan and place open buns into pan.
  • Cook for 2 minutes and flip. Pour more honey if desired.
  • Remove from pan and plate.
