Instructions
Salmon
Preheat frying oil to 375℉
Filet salmon into squares.
Rub salmon with Cajun seasoning.
In medium sized bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk together.
In medium sized bowl, add dry ingredients and whisk together.
Dip and coat single filet in wet mix, then transfer to dry mix bowl and coat thoroughly.
Place coated filet in hot oil to fry.
Fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and remove to drain.
Place filet inside honey bun.
Honey Butter Buns
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
Add honey to pan and place open buns into pan.
Cook for 2 minutes and flip. Pour more honey if desired.
Remove from pan and plate.
