Ramen Noodle Bowl Print Recipe Pin Recipe Prep Time 10 minutes minsCook Time 25 minutes minsTotal Time 35 minutes mins Course Dinner, Main Course, Side Dish, SoupCuisine Asian Ingredients 8 cloves Garlic minced2 3oz Packs Ramen4 cups Vegetable Broth½ cup Shredded Carrots3 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce7 tsp Olive Oil6 tsp Sesame Oil2 tsp Grated Ginger Instructions In medium sauce pot over medium heat, pour in sesame and olive oil. Add in garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes. Add in carrots and cook until tender. Pour in veggie broth, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and stir. Bring to a boil and insert ramen noodles. Cook until noodles become soft and tender. In separate small pot, bring water to a boil and insert egg. Boil egg for 5 minutes. Place egg in cold water bath to let cool. Peel shell off of egg.
